1. About Beautology Newcastle

These terms and conditions apply to all appointments and services provided by Olivia Ampleford at Beautology Newcastle. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

All services are provided from my home salon studio located upstairs. Please be mindful of neighbours when arriving, not to block their drives and if possible, remove shoes before coming upstairs to the studio.

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings are automatically confirmed when made through my booking system. A fixed non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment.

Remaining payment for services is due at the end of your appointment.

I accept cash and bank transfer payments only, full remaining payment must be made before leaving the studio.

Booking information and personal data will only be used for appointment purposes and will be handled in accordance with UK data protection laws.

3. Health and Safety Requirements

For your safety and mine, all clients must be able to safely navigate stairs to reach the upstairs studio. Unfortunately, if you are unsteady on stairs or unable to use them, I cannot accommodate your appointment.

All clients must complete a consultation form before their appointment. This helps ensure the most suitable treatment and identifies any potential allergies or contraindications.

Free parking is available, but please be considerate of my neighbours when arriving and departing.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment.

Booking fees are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Your booking fee can be transferred to a new date/time if sufficient notice is given. Rescheduling within 48 hours this will result in loss of your booking fee.

If you do not attend your appointment (no show), you will be charged 100% of the appointment cost and will be required to pay in full for your next appointment.

5. Late Policy

I allow a 10 minute grace period for lateness. If you arrive later than this, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled. In this case, the full cost of your appointment will still be charged. I recommend leaving an extra 10 minutes in case there is traffic.

7. Nail Art Bookings

Please ensure you book the correct nail art option when booking. I'm unable to accommodate changes on the day, as this impacts timing for other clients. You will be charged accordingly.

6. Service Quality and Refunds

I take pride in providing high quality nails, lashes, and brow services. If you have any concerns about your treatment, please let me know before you leave or within 24 hours of your appointment.

Due to the time, expertise, and products used in providing your treatment, refunds are not generally given for completed services. However, if you are unhappy with your service, please contact me within 24 hours so we can find a suitable solution.

7. General Terms

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

I reserve the right to update these terms and conditions. Any changes will be communicated through our booking system.

By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
